Lost or Stolen Debit Card

Lost or stolen debit card?


If your debit card has been lost or stolen, take the following steps immediately:

Lost?
    1. During normal business hours, give us a call.  We can freeze the card while you continue your search for your missing debit card.  You can also report a lost card from your online banking or mobile app using the card management option displayed on the dashboard.
    2. Retrace your steps without worry of unauthorized charges.  If you find your card in a safe place, give us a call back, and we will unfreeze your card so you can use it as if nothing happened!
    3. If you find your card in a public location where your card number could have been compromised, we will need to issue you a new card just to be on the safe side.*  
    4. If you have exhausted your search and still haven't found your card, call us and let us know it's gone for good.  We will issue you a new card and cancel the one that is missing.*  
Stolen?
If you know for a fact your card was stolen, call us immediately.  We will skip all the steps above and immediately cancel the stolen card and issue you a new one.* 

After regular business hours?
If you discover your debit card is missing or has been stolen, and it's not during our regular business hours, please call our 24 hour toll-free number.  It's just for lost or stolen debit cards. You can also report a stolen card from your online banking or mobile app using the card management option displayed on the dashboard. Time is of the essence, so don't wait for regular business hours, call 1-888-297-3416.

*You will be charged a $7.50 fee for issuance of a replacement debit card.
